Booking a test
Booking must be done by the user, using the automatic booking platform available HERE.

Anyone, of legal age, can schedule a diagnostic test to detect the genetic material of SARS-Cov-2 Virus that causes the COVID-19 disease. The diagnosis is made using the PCR technique (Polymerase Chain Reaction), with swab collection, which is the most sensitive and reliable technique.

Please note that, for many applications (eg., plain travel, medica procedures, etc.), the test may have a maximum validity of 72 hours. You should schedule your test for a date that ensures that it is valid for the intended purpose.
Booking is done directly by the user, who can choose schedule of their choice, at the most convenient time to be tested.

At the day and time of the test users are requested to present a Citizen Card or Identity Card/Passport and National Health Service Card (only for Portuguese citizens).

Booking should be preferentially performed online.
If online booking is not possible, booking can be requested by phone call, to the mobile phone (+351) 910 459 769 or to the landline (+351) 215 963 300, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and at 5:00 pm.

NOTE: Scheduling requests via e-mail will not be considered. Only bookings through the website or by phone are accepted.
WARNING: If you have symptoms of the disease, contact us through the alternative channels before the booking is made.
