Schedule for Sample Collection
Monday to Friday
From 9.30 AM to 12.30 PM and 14.00 PM to 15.00 PM, upon previous scheduling
Users should only arrive at the sample collection site at the designated time to reduce waiting times and ensure safety rules compliance.
Booking a test
Booking must be done by the user, using the automatic booking platform available HERE.
Anyone, of legal age, can schedule a Rapid Antigen Test to detect the SARS-Cov-2 Virus that causes COVID-19 disease. The diagnosis is made using the immunochromatography technique, with swab collection of the nasopharynx exudate.
Please note that, for example, for air travel to some countries, the test may not be considered valid. Therefore, you should confirm with the official authorities of the country which type of test you should perform and its maximum validity, in order to schedule your test for a date that ensures that it is valid for the intended purpose.
Booking is done directly by the user, who can choose schedule of their choice, at the most convenient time to be tested. This appointment being confirmed automatically.
At the day and time of the test users are requested to present a Citizen Card or Identity Card/Passport and National Health Service Card (only for Portuguese citizens).
Booking should be preferentially performed online.
If online booking is not possible, booking can be requested by phone call, to the mobile phone (+351) 910 459 769 or to the landline (+351) 215 963 300, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and at 5:00 pm.
NOTE: Scheduling requests via e-mail will not be considered. Only bookings through the website or by phone are accepted.
