BD FACSCanto II

BD FACSCanto II is a 3-laser 9-Color flow cytometry analyzer provided by Becton Dickinson (BD).
It is equipped with 3 low power lasers, at wavelengths of 488 nm (blue), 633 nm (Red) and 405 nm (violet).
The BD FACSCanto II is able to detect up to 9 colors simultaneously: 5 from the blue laser (e.g., FITC, PE, PerCP, PE-TexasRed, PE-Cy7), 2 from the violet laser (e.g., Pacific Blue and Pacific Orange), and 2 from the red laser (e.g., APC and APC-Cy7). Due to their flexibility, the optical filters can be changed and the instrument can have its configurations changed to adapt it to specific applications.
