The study “An open cluster-randomized, 18-month trial to compare the effectiveness of educational outreach visits with usual guideline dissemination to improve family physician prescribing”, taking place at CEDOC and coordinated by Daniel Pinto, was granted with the Vasco da Gama Junior Research award 2014. The decision was announced during the 19th European conference of General and Family Medicine/ WONCA Europe that took place from 2 to 5 of July 2014.
The Vasco da Gama Junior Research award is granted annually by the WONCA Vasco da Gama Movement, with the major goal of promoting the research in the area of the primary care health, conducted by young general and family doctors (with less than 5 years career).
Congratulations!
